Mindful Sound

You can experience mindful listening by simply putting on your favorite song and paying close attention. Can you hear some of the different parts of the music? Can you hear the main melody, the low bass, singing, or different instruments? What emotions do you feel? It can also be fun to explore new sounds & music you haven't heard before, and ask yourself the same questions.

Here, you'll find different kinds of relaxing music and sounds to listen to. Nature sounds, therapeutic beats (like LoFi or Binaural Beats), relaxing piano, or any other sounds that are interesting to you.

Don't forget to ask yourself some of the mindfulness questions: How does it make you feel? What memories does it bring to your mind? What do you notice about the different sounds?
