Mindful Sight

Look the landscape or the room around you. Now, look again. Take a few deep breaths. Look slowly, and pay attention to details. What do you notice? What shapes can you find? Can you find bright objects? Dark colored objects? Can you find all the colors of the rainbow? How do the things in the room, landscape or picture connect together?

Here are some videos of different landscapes & animals. You can also do your own search for an animal cam or calming nature video. Notice movements, colors, how many there are, and anything else you see to practice mindfulness while you watch.
