EPSF-Mansoura, formerly known as Samps, was established 33 years ago, and its impact endures to this day. With each passing year, it continues to grow stronger and more successful, embodying the spirit and authenticity of its generation.

Mansoura city is located on the eastern side of the Nile River (Dakahlia governorate) and the city of Mansoura is the second largest city in the Delta.
The name of the city is due to the victory of the Egyptians over France in the seventh crusade headed by Louis IX. The first to reside in the city and found it is Al-Kamil Muhammad bin Al-Malik Al-Adel Abu Bakr Ayoub, nephew of Salah Al-Din Al-Ayyubi, who is one of the Ayyubid kings in 1219 AD after the fall of the city of Damietta, "an Egyptian city located on the Mediterranean coast" two days, where he took the region as a camp to defend Egypt from the Franks, and King Al-Kamel was able to recover the city of Damietta, and the first features of maps of the region appeared at the end of the nineteenth century, specifically in 1887 AD.
