Founded in 2011 by the visionary Dr. Amr Tarek, and previously known as Team Alpha, EPSF-Alex has quickly established itself as a dynamic and influential organization dedicated to empowering pharmacy students and enhancing their educational journey.

In its early years, EPSF-Alex garnered significant recognition, winning the Best New Association Award in 2011 and the Best Performance Association Award twice, in 2012 and 2013. These accolades were achieved within the first three years of the federation's establishment, reflecting its commitment to excellence. Over the years, the association has proudly received more than 30 awards from EPSF in various aspects, showcasing its impact and dedication.
