Helwan University is a public university based in Helwan, Egypt, which is part of Greater Cairo on over 350 acres. It comprises 23 faculties and two higher institutes in addition to 50 research centers. EPSF-Helwan, a cornerstone in the EPS journey, has played a vital role in paving the way for pharmacy students. Since its inception, EPSF-Helwan has been empowering students through leadership and advocacy, establishing itself as an impactful and influential student organization .
Key achievements:
In 2015/2016: The first national event hosted by the association was the National ProfessionalDevelopment Workshop.
In 2016/2017: Four SEPERS came from different countries and were given training at the 57357 Children's Cancer Hospital and Roshdy Pharmacy. This was the largest number of SEP hostings in a single year.
In 2019/2020: EPSF-Helwan hosted Step on the Way for the first time at Helwan University.
In 2022/2023: EPSF-Helwan hosted Step on the Way for the second time at Helwan University.
In 2019/2020: The Golden Egypt video was ranked fifth, the highest rank ever achieved.
In 2010-11: Mr. Mohamed Hassan took the position of EPS Student Exchange Officer [SEO].
In 2011-12: Mr. Ahmed EI-Molla took the position of EPS Student Exchange Officer SEO].
In 2019-20: Mr. Moustafa Shalash was elected as EPS Marketing Director. Ms. Yasmine El-Gohary was elected as EPSF Contact Person.
In 2020-21: Mr. Moustafa Mahmoud was elected as EPS Media and Publication Chairperson.
In 2021-22: Mr. Moustafa Kamel was elected as EPS Contact Person.
