The murder mystery, “Murder Mansion” will become the traveling road show on November 4, 2017, as it hits several hot spots in North Creek. The audience participation play will begin at Basil & Wicks, when the North Creek Business Alliance Shuttle picks up audience members at 5:27 p.m. (feel free to come early and tune up at the B&W beverage center). The Mystery Tour Buses will leave shortly after ticket/reservations have been purchased.
From there the audience becomes investigators as they travel to the Wevertown Community Center and the site of the first act of “Murder Mansion”
A cast of five characters take to the stage at 5:48, at the estate sale of Mulder Mansion, to bid on items for the estate of Penelope Saver. One of the characters is returning to the scene of the crime. Or now known as "Murder Mansion" the site of Penny Saver’s killing!
All five characters have a ‘reason’ to be at the estate sale and one of them has returned to the scene of the crime. Though the case was ruled accidentally, it is clear there are five characters, with at least five reasons, that wanted Penny gone.
The audience will need to keep track of the silliness on stage as they become investigators into the death of Penny Saver. Once the first act is over, the interview begins, with a shuttle ride to Laura’s Bar. During the trip and at Laura’s the audience will interview the suspects in an attempt to figure out who is the killer.
This is another Gem*Boy Production murder mystery featuring the ‘Unusual Suspects,” some of the best actors in the Adirondack Region, that have been involved in past Gem*Boy shows; with fabulous ad-libing during the interviews. Karen Munoz, Robin Jay, Molly Smith, Kim Smith, and Hannah Jay are the stars of the show. Even if you are a little shy, you can follow other audience members and listen to them interrogate the suspects.
“Murder Mansion” is the third production in two years and more than 300 people have enjoyed the audience participation shows. Each show has a mixture of zany characters, intrigue and Adirondack humor.
Be sure to book a seat soon, this popular production filled the NC Business Alliance shuttles last year and there is a good chance the limited seating will fill up.
