Annual Murder Mystery

The superhero of Bowowsia is dead and not only is everyone a suspect, but they are fighting over who gets credit. This is because the person who killed "Newtron, the Wonder Newt," will be invited to join the Bowowsia League of Dome (BLOD). Even the 'good guys' are the bad guys and the 'do gooders' are no count pipsqueaks.

There are more mad scientists and anti-heros to fill a really, really big --- maybe even giant --- laboratory, each acting as childish as a collider missile.

It will take an audience of brave sleuths to solve this murder and fight for justice. The murder mystery production is set for a October 2, performance, with a show time at 7:04 p.m. The Lake Placid Central School Drama Club presents: "Bam! Boom! Dead!" Bam! Boom! Dead! is an audience participation murder mystery, in which the audience must interview the cast of characters to figure out the guilty suspect. Best of all, there will be prizes for the best detectives.

First, the fighters of evil and all things bad must glean information from the first act; as they watch an assemblage of Arrogance, Vanity and inadequacy know as the world of wicked. Then the audience will interrogate the cast of characters to solve the mystery and serve justice for Newtron, the Wonder Newt.

The play is directed by Peggy Plank and the original script is by Gem*Boy. The play is filled with local humor that translates into a night of fun.
