I waited for our stateroom to be made up before taking a picture.
Our wildlife luck changed early in the morning as we spotted Orca whales outside the porthole while we were having breakfast.
During the night we traveled 550+ miles from Seward and arrived at the Hubbard glacier around 1:00 pm. The captain brought the boat as close to the glacier as he could. It was a spectacular sight.
Many people viewed the glacier from the helipad on the ship.
We intended to go outside but instead found a front row seat to view the glacier in comfort.
Later we went outside to get a closer view.
