comprehension- Listen to the story for this week: "Wilma Unlimited." Then summarize story OR choose another story to read independently (at or above a first grade level) and summarize it.
writing: practice using Adjectives. If you need help remembering what they are, watch this video.

Reading:
phonics- R controlled vowels
Comprehension- Listen to "Wilma Unlimited" again and respond to identify cause and effect. The second page, "Billy's Dance," has text and comprehension questions to show that you can read and understand what you have read. OR read a grade-level appropriate book independently and identify 4 or more causes and their corresponding effects.
math: addition and tally graph
writing: Write about your favorite sport. Remember to use capitols and punctuation. Also try to create lots of details with adjectives in your writing.

comprehension- retell Wilma Unlimited using a clear beginning, middle, and end OR write a retell of another grade-level appropriate story independently.
