TECHNICAL COMMITTEE 86 “Oils, Fats and Their Processed Products”

Based on the information provided in the letter of SE “UkrSRTC” No. 1914 dated 21.11.2025 “On cancelled national standards”, enterprises of the sector are kindly requested to identify a priority list of DSTU standards to be included in the 2026 program for their revision and development by TC 86. Proposals should be submitted to the Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of NAAS and the relevant association by January 20, 2026.

for the revision of national DSTU standards (regulatory documents) to ensure compliance with current legislative requirements in 2026  

1. DSTU 4610:2006 Deodistillate (scrubber oil, acid oil). Specifications;

2. DSTU 4487:2015 Mayonnaises and mayonnaise sauces. General specifications;

3. DSTU 8659:2016 Oilcakes and meals. Method for determination of peroxide value of oil;

4. DSTU 4603:2006 Oils. Methods for determination of moisture and volatile matter content;

5. DSTU 4811:2007 Oilseed crops. Methods for determination of moisture content;

6. DSTU 4455:2005 Animal and vegetable fats and oils. Method for determination of flash point;

7. DSTU 4350:2004 Oils. Methods for determination of acid value;

8. DSTU 4964:2008 Soybeans. Specifications;

9. DSTU 7082:2009 Oils. Methods for determination of phosphorus-containing substances content.
