In all hospitals, there are wings where people must be left unattended. Whether their dick quivers from an exposed catheter, or not, the point is that entire hallways get ignored by nurses for a long time. The patients who become hall monitors see the strangest things going on at odd hours, with no nurses to supervise. One of these kinds of wings at its end point held a doorway for surgery. Although it was frequented often by head surgeons and his assistant staff, there were very few supervising nurses in this area.
The surgeon was almost immediately revealed to be on the "robots" side of matters. Oh, you didn't notice the robots at first, then it becomes glaringly obvious half the damn hospital's a robot. I see a lot from here on A 3, where a nurse abandoned me at least a half a year ago. You'll catch up to the plot soon enough, that is if you aren't captured. One way out is through the marked exits. The other is through surgery, which only the machines are to keep something in. That means your corpse or their procedural animatronic copy of your corpse. Either way, it's lose.
