The Technical Support Officer is responsible for the management of the group’s online domains. These include the management of the website and email accounts
They ensure that our subscriptions to our website and email host remain fully paid and active.
Ad hoc work will be expected where you will be assisting members within the group with technical issues and therefore your skills must remain up to date.
You may be called upon my the exec committee to assist with implementing technology for specific event and/or activities.
Troubleshooting expertise and willingness to learn/research in line with the group’s continuous evolution into new technical areas e.g. online conferencing/zoom would also be beneficial.
A good level of technical knowledge of hardware, software and internet/cloud based systems is preffered for this role.
