Alan is one of the founding members of our group. Loved and revered, not only within our social group, but also within the gay culture of Stockport over many decades.
About the role:
In this honorary role as President you will be the front facing person of the group acting as an ambassador; similar to that of a town mayor.
The President receives/accepts awards and gifts on behalf of the group from outside sources.
The President will personally present certificates and gifts which are being awarded to members within the group.
