About: This new Ford Escape has markings of Pierce County Fire District 10, a small district that doesn't really exist, at least noticeably. It covers the city of Fife, but does not have its own equipment. It's a real district, but not really a department. Instead, it contracts with the Tacoma Fire Department as Station 12. I couldn't find any information on this unit but my guess is this is a fire commissioner's vehicle.
