About: After over 15 years of service, Engine 5 was replaced by a new Pierce rig in February 2025, a new engine that also features the department's new stripe design. I was fortunate to catch this unique engine a couple times over the years! Engine 5's crew also staffs the fire and rescue boats on the waterfront and Fishermen's Terminal.
