About: Engine 5 received the second of two new 2024 Pierce Enforcers that feature SFD's new livery. Engine 5 was previously a 2008 E-One Quest. Located on the waterfront, the station has its own pier for Fireboat 2, Rescue Boat 5, and Leschi. Engine 5's crew staffs Rescue Boat 5, while the Fireboat Team staffs the other boats. Though trained for water operations, Engine 5 acts the same as any other engine in the department, responding to all types of calls in downtown Seattle.
