About: Engine 4 is an antique fire engine but it is privately owned, rather than being owned by South Kitsap Fire & Rescue, My picture of it is from a car show in Port Orchard. From the sign:
"Privately owned '42 Ford / Howard Cooper Fire Engine. 100 HP V-8. 500 gallon per minute seagraves pump. 500 gallons of water tank. Built during World War II for the Port Orchard Housing Authority and was stationed on Mile Hill. Transferred to the City of Port Orchard in the late 40's. Sold by the city of Port Orchard in 1968.
