About: Rescue 64 is one of the largest vehicles in the department, and is one of two heavy rescue companies in the county, with the other being Rescue 23 on Bainbridge Island. It is quartered at Station 64 in Chico and provides first-due BLS medical care to Chico, Kitsap Lake, and Erlands Point. Firefighters on Rescue 64 are specially trained in technical, rope, and confined space rescue.
