PMU PGY1 Rotation

The following EPAs should be focused on during this rotation:

  • TTD1: Performing and presenting a basic history and physical examination (link to form)

  • TTD2: Documenting orders for pediatric patients (link to form)

You can also start to work on the following EPAs during this rotation:

  • FOD5: Accessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with common pediatric problems (link to form)

  • FOD7: Performing basic pediatric procedures (procedures available for this rotation include: lumbar puncture in neonates and infants; changing tracheostomy) (link to form)

  • FOD8: Communicating assessment findings and management plans to patients and/or families (link to form)

  • FOD9: Documenting clinical encounters (link to form)
