I completed my BSc (Hons) in NUS, which served as a pilot for my MSc work on simulating Allee effects and intercolonial distance in coral colonies using R. Following that, I helped develop the GUI for PAT-GEOM, a sensory ecology program that aims to quantify shapes and patterns before embarking on my PhD. I am currently working on teasing apart the effects of sediment characteristics on corals at different life stages.
