Renewal day for EES staff begins on the first day back in August and again in January. Every year that we have been on TLIM journey we have recommitted to the process as staff twice a year.

This was our first Virtual Assembly of the year. It was a great way to connect with students and remind them about the importance of adapting to change and how we can find new strengths in ourselves in the process.

Every morning at EES we have virtual morning announcements. Classrooms are encouraged to Lead by taking turns reading out the morning prayers, our Positivity Leaders also fill buckets during this time by reading out slides.

Every year we encourage our new staff and returning staff to attend who haven't attended before, the Leader in Symposium. This is a great opportunity for staff to continue their learning journey with the Leader in Me. Every year we choose teachers to attend.
