9.3 Collaborative Planning and Reflection

Teachers at EES collaboratively plan and reflect based on the effectiveness of their lessons and instructional techniques to impact student learning. Time for collaborative planning and reflection is centrally planned for teachers. This reflective collaboration leads to innovation and improved classroom learning.

Grade Group Meetings

Staff at EES meet at least twice per month. Admin likes to provide focus questions for group to discuss topics. Lighthouse Team Members also take the time to speak on what is happening with our Gantt chart projects.
