EES has also to host to many school tours from schools inside and outside of our community. EES has become known for its determination with TLIM process. These feedback forms helped provided feedback and areas of improvement.

Looking back on our previous school years, we can see the impact TLIM has had on the well=bing of our students. Our students continually gain strategies to help support their development and add their tool kits resources to help them continually push themselves to improve.
Where are we now?
Where are we now?
- We use to be that low performing school, now we are one known as one of the District Leading schools on all levels of achievement.
- Behaviour has decreased, attendance and parent involvement has increased.
- Parents and Students have a voice and contribute to direction of education for their children.
- We hosted 2 annual Leadership days which were a great success.
- We have applied for Lighthouse status. When achieved, EES will be the first First Nation Lighthouse school in Canada.
