Feedback: I like, I wish, I wonder
Feedback is an important part of the learners experience. This involves receving and giving feedback. There are many frameworks for practicing and delivering this. The 'I like, I wish, I wonder' approach is a simple tool that creates a safe environment, provides constructive feedback and invites you to engage in a conversation.
'I like.....' focuses on what went well. The positive side.
'I wish...' looks at what could be better.
'I wonder.....' is about asking questions that remain uncertain.
You still need to consider other aspects of good feedback (timely, specific, behaviour focus etc).
