The goal of library programs are to facilitate greater student achievement and to ensure the school community is equipped with skills, tools, and resources to effectively use information. I will use the Texas School Library Standards to create and effectively manage a library program that is anchored in learner-centered instruction and integration of technology.

The Leaner Centered Standards will guide how I promote the integration of technology and resources into the curriculum and how I encourage and promote information literacy, digital citizenship and partnerships with the school and broader community.
