This analysis report demonstrates the ability to research a community's demographics in order to make decisions about how to provide a tailored library program for students, staff and the community. I had to research the school community, learn about its individual needs, and use the evidence to make conclusions that inform the library program. I had to prioritize resources for contents with low standardized testing results.
