To effectively integrate technology into instruction, I use the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge framework because it promotes combining the best pedagogical approaches, content knowledge and appropriate technology to create lessons that help students reach higher levels of thinking. Technological affordances allow students opportunities to engage in authentic learning experiences, reach varied audiences, and become content creators. The following artifacts demonstrate that I am able to align learning theories, design models and technology to create lessons that are enhance learning experiences.
