This rubric is used to evaluate the effectiveness of a Web 2.0 technology. It measures a variety of factors to evaluate if the technology will have a positive impact on teaching and learning. The factors were co created through group discussions and researched best practices for Web 2.0 tools. Creating the rubric allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of all the factors that must be considered when evaluating a tool and better prepared me to select the appropriate tools for technology integration.
