#edureading

an academic reading group for teachers to link practice and research

#edureading is a group of super-committed teachers and researchers who give up their precious time to discuss professional issues related to teaching and education more broadly. We read an article per month and spend time sharing via short video responses to prompts set by program leaders per month, then this discussion and engagement culminates in a Twitter discussion that is able to engage with deep and complex ideas by the nature of the month long discussion that informs it. We are always looking for new teachers, educators and researchers to participate in our groups from anywhere around the world. The more varied the opinions the better. This is professional learning at its most academic, its most practical and it is genuinely ongoing and connected collaboration from across the world.
