Your "Home" page of the portfolio website is now left blank - so let's take a short moment to decorate the page! After all, it is your "Home" page, which basically is the cover page of your website that serves an important part in giving viewers a good first impression. Your website can also become a portfolio to showcase your acquired knowledge and skills.
Completing this task is optional and you will not be penalized if you choose not to do it. However, it is a good opportunity to easily earn and save an extra point in case you may need it in the future!

Look for an inspirational quote about education that resonates with you. Add it anywhere below your header banner. You may also consider changing the text section's color or background image, as I did on our EDIT2000E Home page with Benjamin Franklin's quote.
Write a welcome message and what this portfolio is about. You may use the information in our syllabus. Then, add a picture (or several pictures) that illustrates ideas related to educational technology.
Add a button that links to your About page (quick tutorial) (example page). You don't need to follow the exact design of the example page - feel free to be more creative and add more aesthetics if you want.
Click the "Publish" button and submit your portfolio home link here. I won't be able to know and give you points unless you submit the form.
