REgistration, dues, & New Camper Interviews/Orientation sessions

 Thinking of camping with us?  Great!!  Know that all new campters must first interview with John Carter.  Please email John Carter at  johnnyxgames@gmail.com  so he can have a short interview.  Our campers are invited to register with us if approved based upon how the interview goes.  We will have Village  Orientation Sessions leading up to Black Rock City and you'll be invited to attend one session so you know how we roll and some acculturation.   

Every camper must register.  We recommend that everyone register as soon as possible.  If you have camped with us and in good standing, go ahead and register now.   Registration will close as soon as we reach 75 campers or July 1, whichever comes first.  Your placement with EBB&Glow is not secured until you receive a confirmation email that is sent after you had an Orientation Session (if new), registered and paid your dues. 

Now until July 1st, you can pay your dues.  Village Dues are $275 before June 15 .  The dues are $325 thereafter.   So it is in your best interest to pay before June 15th, 2025.   The Village Council may decide to extend the deadline to pay dues past July 1st if we needed.  So check back with us. 

Remember, if you are new to EBB&Glow, first contact John Carter atso that he can invite you to a short interview.  After that, Council will review your information and let you know if you are invited to our next Orientation Session that explains how we roll and how our camp works.  So yes, we do have a decision process and orientation. Placement access to the limited number of RVs and even parking will be done on a first registered and paid basis.  We are using the same form/process as last year.  This is the detailed information that is in the registration form, page two.  If you do not know all of the requested information when you complete the registration, you will be given a link to your responses that you can use to edit them after you submit the form for the first time.  If you have any questions or issues, contact James.ehrhart@gmail.com
