Meeting Minutes

We've grown beyond being just an East Bay group, so all our meetings have an online option. You can participate and present no matter where you are... and plenty of people do! About a quarter to a third of participants at our meetings are virtual. This year we even have people leading projects while living in other parts of the country. 

You can find links to the ONLINE VERSION of upcoming meetings on our Calendar page. Since we want to give in-person folks some time to eat and mingle, we open the video call an hour later than the in-person events. And that's when the meeting officially starts.
