Meeting Minutes

We've grown beyond being just an East Bay group, so all our meetings have an online option. You can participate and present no matter where you are... and plenty of people do! About a quarter to a third of participants at our meetings are virtual. This year we even have people leading projects while living in other parts of the country.  

For 2026, meeting minutes will only be sent out via an email on our listserv.  You must join it to receive the email with the meeting minutes and other important emails.  Here is how you join and how you see our village meeting calendar.

If you use Google Calendar, here is the link to our "calendar" with all the meetings posted.  You can join it to have it populate on your own Google calendar if you click on this link.

Meeting Minutes, reminders of meeting dates with the online room link, are all sent via our Google Groups Listserv.  We have a facebook group and we will not post  the minutes or reminders of meetings this year.  You will need to join the listserv and manage your own calendar. 

Unsubscribe:  Meeting Minutes are sent out via our email listserv (Google Group).   Unsubscribe yourself using the instructions found on every email sent.  

Subscribe:  If you or someone you know wants to join the listserv (Friend, family member), please have them follow these instructions to self-subscribe:

To subscribe to a Google Group using the same email address that sends messages to it, send a blank email to Ebbandglow+subscribe@googlegroups.com

Steps to Subscribe via Email:

• Compose and  Email: Open your email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) using the address that will be sending the group emails. 

• Address: In the "To" field, enter the group's email address, adding Ebbandglow+subscribe@googlegroups.com as the email address to send to.

• Subject/Body: Leave the subject line and body blank.

• Confirm: Send the email. You will receive a confirmation message to which you must reply to finalize your subscription, including group manager’s approval.  After approval, you will be added to the listserv group and start to receive emails. 

Alternative Method (via Web):

1. Log in to Google Groups on the internet using browser.  If you have a gmail account, be logged into it in a Chrome browser.  

2. Search for the group and click Join group.

3. Adjust your subscription settings (e.g., "Each email," "Digest") if desired. 

For 2026, EBB & Glow Village has two main ways to communicate:   This email group!  Please be sure to keep ebbandglow@googlegroups.com off your Spam Emails list.  Please learn where your email browser's Email Search Bar is so that you can search "ebbandglow".  This populates all the emails sent. 

We also use  Facebook Discussion Group:  Please sign yourself up for that using this  link for it.    

And now we have an active Discord Workspace!  Join us there if you would like.   We are all learning how to use Discord.  If you are new, learn with us. Stay tuned on how we are using it.
