College-Wide Digital Course Evaluations

During the 2018-19 school year, I worked to develop the digital course evaluation format for Dominican College. Using Microsoft Forms, I created a template of the paper course evaluation that was being used by the college. I then created a macro in an Excel spreadsheet to convert all of the written data to numerical data. Finally, I created step-by-step written and visual directions for each division to follow in order to create, disseminate and review the digital course evaluation data. 

I piloted the digital evaluation process with the Teacher Education division in the fall and spring semesters, and presented it to the college administration and faculty. This digital format will be required beginning in the 2019-20 school year.
