At the first full faculty meeting of the 2017-18 school year, the majority of the faculty requested one "central location" to upload and access all of the committee meeting minutes from each school year. The Faculty Affairs Committee asked me what software I thought would be best for this type of access, and I suggested SharePoint. I have created the "shell" of the site thus far, and it is under review by the committee. I included a page for each committee where minutes can be uploaded, as well as a calendar on the Home Page that has each committee meeting day and time on it. I plan to present and explain it to the faculty at the meeting in December 2017.
