Bi-Color/Bi-Colored is a recessive modifier marking that lets another marking present with two colors in a two-tone, gradient, or scattered style. If a marking already allows for more than one color, this modifier lets it use one additional color.
Bi-Color can allow the marking it is modifying to break the rules of having to be darker or lighter than the base coat with the additional color.
If and only if Bi-Color is the only visible marking on a design, it can affect the base coat by creating a single, completely blended gradient in a single direction between the base coat and any other allowed marking color.
