Dracovix have basically no physical dimorphism outside of their reproductive equipment, and freely pair bond with one another regardless of their biological sex within the boundaries of their romantic and sexual preferences. When a lone female dracovix is pregnant and weeks away from giving birth, they have the support and care of their community and their partner to help bring them food during this time, but some choose to do it alone and will hunt for themselves without issue.
Dracovix gestation lasts for one year. Dracovix usually have 1-2 kits in one pregnancy, but on rare occasions may have three or even four. After giving birth, a female dracovix must rest and recover and typically opts to focus on raising their offspring for a year before they are able to conceive again. This cool down has no effect in the game.
After the kits are born, the mother dracovix will raise them on milk. Anatomically, dracovix have one pair of teats located on their torso between their forearms that does not change shape while they are lactating, but does shed just around the nip for the newborns to have easier access at the time of birth. The kits will be weaned off milk very quickly, usually no longer than two months, and during that time, the dracovix mother will have taught them to eat meat that they shred for their offspring into much smaller pieces.
By the time the young dracovixen reach 8 months in age, they will have a decent handle on flying short distances, and during the 2-3 years afterwards, the mother will be able to take their kits back to the mother's home lair and introduce them to the local community. The mother as well as the community’s volunteers will aid in helping to feed the kits, teach them how to hunt for themselves, as well as teaching basic self defense combat techniques.

ElderThe kits will stay with their mother in their home lair until 5 years of age, then leave to live independently as young dracovixen in their community. They will seek out various dracovixen of the community who have specialized roles for teaching them basic education, intermediate self defense, as well as social intelligence.
At the age of 10 years old, they are considered “juveniles” and can do almost everything an adult dracovix can do, except not quite as skillfully due to their lack of experience and mastery, but can otherwise live normal lives, hunting, eating, and surviving. They will have laid claim to or constructed their own personal lair by now. Their growth slows down here as there is significantly less pressure to grow quickly in order to not be vulnerable to medium and large predators. Most dracovix will begin exploring their own capabilities and practicing their mastery of magic and combat arts under organized higher education systems within dracovix societies.
At the age of 40, they are considered adults and are now sexually mature, but most dracovix are continuing their education and training far past this point, and consider themselves to be truly “matured” in all physical and mental aspects only by the age of 100.
Dracovix lifespans are much longer than most humanoids, and they can expect to live to their 500s before slowing down. Dracovix cease being able to reproduce a handful of decades prior to this point, anywhere from age 420 to 450, and the rate at which they may finally perish of old age after reaching the 500th year varies greatly based on their health and mentality about their continued existence. Old dracovix will usually spend their remaining years and diminished energy trying to neatly tie up any loose ends so that they can disappear from this life with no regrets.
Diseases and chronic conditions which can shorten a dracovix’s lifespan are not very common, but not unheard of, and the more they expose themselves to humanoid societies or pass on their genes, the more genetic and non-genetic diseases are found each generation, while certain genetic conditions that the species may be prone to have been noted since the dawn of the species's own recorded history.
