Iridescence is a recessive, ultra rare gene that gives the dracovix's fur a shimmery, colorful, reflective effect.
Iridescence can produce one of two effects: Iridescence can modify a different marking, saturating it in any unnatural color of your choice, giving it a shimmery texture. Iridescence can alternatively be its own marking, causing a patch of the fur on the body as large as 30% of the body to have a shimmery saturated look and texture.
Regardless of the two styles of Iridescence, you can color all free areas in Iridescence, such as the claws, horns, and flesh, and the ears may be colored with Iridescence if the marking is in its free-standing form and covers the head.
When modifying a marking, Iridescence must affect the entire marking. Iridescent may not affect any white markings like Tobiano, Appaloosa, or Overo, or off-white markings like Siamese.
Iridescence may not have swirling cloud-like textures in it like Galaxy.
Marking Edge Style
Marking Shape Variance
As its own marking, Iridescence must have a soft or gradient edge, or a mix of the two.

Marking Color Value
Iridescence may use one color, but the exact hue, saturation, and value may have very subtle differences.
Iridescence may use any color at all and may be highly saturated, as long as it is not painful on the eyes.
