Hood/Hooded is a common marking that works similarly to Cape, but covers the head area. The minimum amount of range needed is an area on the top of the back of the head, like a small flatcap. The maximum heterozygous range is the top of the head and face above the eyes, and the upper, back of the neck. The maximum homozygous range extends down to the front of the whole neck leaving a throat patch, and down the face to the cheekbones and bridge of the nose.

Hood should have a hard or soft edge, and can mix the styles of edge.
