SMTP Setup

Using WP Mail SMTP plugin (Recommended)

• Install and activate the WP Mail SMTP plugin.

• Go to Settings -> WP Mail SMTP.

• Under Settings tab:

  • Update the following fields under Mail section:

    • From Email: wecare@serbisyo.com

    • From Name: Serbisyo.com

    • Mailer: Other SMTP

  • Update the following fields under Other SMTP section:

    • SMTP Host: smtp.zoho.com

    • Encryption: SSL

    • SMTP Port: 465

    • Auto TLS: ON

    • Authentication: ON

    • SMTP Username: wecare@serbisyo.com

    • SMTP Password: ask sir Kim for password

  • Click Save Settings to save your changes.

• Under Email Test tab:

  • Update the Send To and HTML fields if necessary.

  • Click Send Email to check if the SMTP settings is working properly.

  • Note: Email entered in Send To field should receive an email. If it doesn't received an email, double check all the settings above.

ERROR: Could not authenticate your SMTP account

How to FIX:

• • Go to https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#security/authentication

  • Disable Two Factor Authentication
