How to edit service listings and how to document them?
In order to check and edit service listings, you need to have an access to the Serbisyo WordPress as an Admin.
Head onto the left side corner of the website and click Listings.
2. What's good about listings is that it is sorted based on the date of creation. You can scroll down and pinpoint immediately who exactly has a service listing, without even searching.
3. Using the same tracker Daily Report - Sheet II: Registration Status, go back and fill up all the remaining fields whether a person has a listing, listing title, registered without help, comments, and completion status.

4. Once done, go to Sheet III: Service Listings and update all the listings recorded. Fill up all the necessary fields such as Facebook Name, Name used for Registration, Email, and Listing Title.
Note: For New Listing Title column, follow the succeeding steps.
Listings created by registrants may sometimes lack accuracy, decency, details, and complete information. Thus, we, as agents, ensure that service listings created will follow the format and standards at all times.
To edit service listing, head onto the left corner of your account and click Users > All Users.
2. Use the tracker on the Daily Report - Sheet III: Service Listings to know what is the name of the person who you will edit. Head onto the search bar to search the user.
4. For example, Danheil Rongavilla.
Click Switch To.
5. You will be redirected to this page.
6. Click Listings > Active.
7. Click Edit.
8. You will be redirected to this page. Fill up all the necessary fields and use this format:
Service Title: Full Name - Aircon Cleaners
9. Once done, scroll down and click Preview.
10. Check if all the information are correct and click Save Changes.
11. You have successfully edited the service listing.
12. Head back to the tracker and input the new listing title, editing status, and if there are things that are needed to follow-up.
