Check out the EasyLearn website and register! Once you get to know the site, you will be given an access for you to be able to do the things that are needed for the overall course proper.

The process on how to create PowerPoint using the new Design template
Download HandBrake to access this one successfully. After installing the application, here's what you need to do to resize videos:
Click the Open Source option at the upper left and click the file.
Select the video that you want to resize then click Open.
Click the Browse option at the lower right to choose the desired destination of the video to be resized. You may also rename it.
Click the Preset, choose General then Very Fast 720p30.
Click the Video tab and make sure the Framerate is 30. Click the Avg Bitrate (kbps) then type 1200 in the space provided.
Click the Audio tab, make sure that the Bitrate is clicked then click 128.
Recheck the changes that you made then click Start Encode.
You may resize videos even there are still videos in the process. To do that, just repeat the process then once the settings are fixed, click the Add to Queue. With this, you can resize as many as you want, you just have to make sure that you will click Add to Queue, instead of start encode.
This is the template you have to fill in if you want to upload bulk questions in our Question Bank.

To upload bulk questions in EasyLearn's Question Bank, here are the steps that you need to take:
Click the Dashboard in the upper right area of the site.
Drop down the arrow in the Content tab then click Question Bank to see the pool of questions that EasyLearn has.
Click the Upload Questions, click the Upload simple questions with textual content, and click Choose file.
Find the excel file that you want to upload, click Open, and click Upload.
Make sure that there is 0 Error Found once the system completes the questions' validation to make sure that all of those are working.
Click Create.
For refresher tests, Subject exams, and Final exams to have questions, these are the steps that have to be made:
Click the Dashboard in the upper right area of the site.
Drop down the arrow in the Content tab then click Question Bank to see the pool of questions that EasyLearn has.
Click the Courses tab and click the wrench icon or the "Course Builder" of the course where you have to create exams.
Note:
After a lesson video, there has to be a refresher test (5 questions each).
After all the lesson videos per module, there has to be a Module exam (15 questions each).
After all the Modules, there has to be a Final Exam (30 questions).
If you will create a refresher test:
Click the three dots of every video, click Add Chapter Item, and select the Quiz
Name the quiz as Refresher Test, click the Show the Advanced Options, check the "Automatically choose random questions based on pre-defined filters", and click Submit.
Fill the number of questions of 5, fix the filters to detect the designated questions for that specific video, and choose the question type of those questions. You may also fix the tags if you are tasked to do so.
Click the drop-down arrow of the Quiz Settings located above, type 80 in the Passing Percentage, and click No in the Show Rank and Arrange Questions by Topic, and Show Solutions to the Learner.
Click Save.
The settings in the Quiz Settings may vary. Always ask the Seniors so that it will always turn into a smooth examination experience.
If and only if that the filters cannot detect any question from the Question Bank, here's the process for exams to still have questions:
Click the Dashboard in the upper right area of the site.
Drop down the arrow in the Content tab then click Question Bank to see the pool of questions that EasyLearn has.
Click the Courses tab and click the wrench icon or the "Course Builder" of the course where you have to create exams.
Find the respective refresher test/subject exam/final exam where questions cannot be detected.
Under that exam, click the three dots then click Another Chapter Item, select the Quiz, name the Quiz.
Click the Import from Question Bank, put the filters to detect questions dedicated to the specific lesson/video.
It would not be randomized, so just click questions randomly.
Note:
5 questions for Refresher Test
15 questions for Subject Exams
30 questions for the Final Exam
Click Save, then make sure to delete the old refresher test/subjects exams/final exams to avoid inconvenience.
To upload a video in EasyLearn platform, kindly follow the following steps altogether with this video
Click the Dashboard in the upper right area of the site.
Drop down the arrow in the Content tab then click Courses.
Click the wrench icon or the "Course Builder" of the respective course where you have to upload another video.
Find the appropriate area where you have to upload another video (be guided with the course syllabus).
Once you choose the area to upload, click the three dots of the said area then click Add Chapter Item.
Click Video in the left column then choose the file you want to upload.
Wait for the video to be initially uploaded. Once done, the chapter item settings will be displayed. Make sure the following options are applied:
The Title is properly renamed
The Enable Watermark Dynamic is clicked
Each video has Video Description
Click the No in Autoplay
The Availability Settings should be Always Available
Once the second uploading process below is done, you may now click Save in the upper right.
Then, you may now upload other videos while the video is still processing.
As mentioned in the video, user manuals were written to guide the clients of DriveSmart. They give a glimpse and necessary steps to take for them and their student drivers to have a successful learning process.
As an intern, you have to memorize this by heart.
This file consists the brief introduction of EasyLearn, DriveSmart (Online Theoretical Driving Course and Online Driver's Enhancement Program), and the initial process on how the DriveSmart Team will contact driving schools.
This consists the detailed step on how to use Plutio, the main transactions of the DriveSmart Team and the driving school, and the steps on how to pay the codes via GCash.
These steps will guide the students from signing up to the EasyLearn up until they will be directed to the course proper.
To create access codes for the clients or for any legal purpose, here is the step-by-step process on how to do so:
Click the Dashboard in the upper right area of the site.
Drop down the arrow in the Content tab then choose Courses.
Click the gift icon or the "Access Code" of the respective course where you have to create access code/s.
You will be directed to another tab and click New at the upper right of the site.
Note:
You may create a specific access code by typing it in the space provided of the Custom Name.
You may also leave the Custom Name blank and the system will generate the access codes randomly.
The Usage Type must be Single.
The Maximum Use Count must be 1.
The No. of Access Codes may vary depending on how many codes you need to create.
The Validity Till or simply codes' validity period must be 1 year ahead of the time you created the code/s.
The Validity must be Till 360 Days.
Click Apply.
In addition, these are the steps to make promo codes (voucher/discount coupon):
Click the Dashboard in the upper right area of the site.
Drop down the arrow in the Marketing tab then choose Promo Codes.
Click New at the upper right area of the site.
Note:
Make sure to ask the Seniors what to check, may it be the First Purchase Only or Suggest on Checkout Page.
You may create a specific promo code by typing it in the space provided of the Custom Name.
You may also leave the Custom Name blank and the system will generate the access codes randomly.
Always ask the Seniors about the number of promo codes to make, codes' description, discount percent (maximum discount value will be based on the discount percent), the minimum cart value, the Valid Till, and the maximum use count.
Make sure to choose the course correctly in Course/Package area.
The Maximum Use Count by Single Learner must be 1.
Double-check the changes you have made to ensure accuracy then click Save.
Google Sheets have been the most used platform of the company. For the driving courses stated above, you can check out the draft or first copy here, while the second copy is with this link.
Feel free to explore each tab, but be mindful and avoid deleting information unless the seniors tell you so.
