Provision GITLAB using HELM on AKS

In this demo project, we will have Gitlab hosted in our servers. Here we configure dns, ssl certificates, digest the meaning of every lines of the shell script, and explain the entire process of how does this demo project works. Here we demonstrate the skills in managing a K8s cluster.
