How to answer inquiries and how to document them?
Visit https://www.facebook.com/serbisyo.ph
To answer inquiries on Serbisyo Official Facebook Page, you need to be a Facebook Admin.
If you are an admin, head onto the left corner of the Serbisyo FB page and find Business Suite and click Inbox.
2. Inquiries may come from the inbox or comment section. Answer them as best as you can. Mark as checked if inquiries are answered.
3. After answering inquiries, record the names of inquirers one by one on our tracker under Sheet II - Daily Report: Registration Status.

4. Fill up all the necessary fields such as category, source, date inquired, date registered, if registered or not, name used for registration and email used. Follow the instructions presented on the title column in filling up the report.
5. To know if an inquirer has registered or not on Serbisyo. Go to https://serbisyo.com/ and Log In using your admin account.
6. Click Users > All Users option, and search the name of the inquirer listed on the tracker. Head back to Sheet II - Daily Report: Registration Status, and check Yes* if registered and No if not. If she/he is registered. use the personal information shown to answer the fields needed on the tracker.
