Import/Export

How to Export Pages, Posts etc.

Go to the wp-admin dashboard.

Select "Tools".

Select "Export".

Choose what you want to export.

Click "Download Export File".

How to Import Pages, Posts etc.

Go to the wp-admin dashboard.

Go to Tools-->Import.

Choose WordPress Importer and select "Run Importer".

Choose the file you want to import and click "Upload file and import".
