Getting Here

Arriving by Car

There is no public parking available at the church. There are a very small number of spaces at the bottom of the tower which are usually available for ringers attending the practice on Monday evenings. These spaces are not reserved for ringers at other times.

There is on-street parking in the immediate area but this is metered until 8pm. There is free on-street parking further away but this is mainly covered by a resident's permit system during weekday business hours. There is also an NCP car park nearby, on Babington Lane.

Arriving by Train

From Derby railway station main exit go straight ahead along Midland Road to the traffic lights at the end. Turn right, along London Road. Keep going in that direction until you get to the church on your left. It is a 10 - 15 minute walk.

Arriving by Bus

If your bus terminates at Derby bus station, cross the Morledge at the pelican crossing to the right of the bus station exit then go straight ahead along East Street (pedestrianised). The church is about 300m ahead.

If your bus terminates on Albert Street or Corporation Street, walk along the Morledge until you reach the bus station then turn right into East Street. The church is about 300m ahead

If your bus terminates on Derwent Street, walk towards the roundabout, then turn left into Corporation Street. Walk along the Morledge until you reach the bus station then turn right into East Street. The church is about 300m ahead.

If your bus terminates on Babington Lane, walk down the hill then turn left into St Peter's Street. The church is on your left after about 50m.

If your bus terminates at The Spot, walk downhill along St Peter's Street. The church is on your left after about 200m.

There are park-and-ride services to the city centre from Pride Park, the Wyvern Centre and the Meteor Centre.

Arriving by Coach

Coaches can drop off and pick up passengers at Derby bus station. To get to the tower, passengers should cross the Morledge at the pelican crossing to the right of the bus station exit then go straight ahead along East Street (pedestrianised). The church is about 300m ahead.

Once passengers have been dropped off, coaches can park at the Phoenix Street Coach Park.

There is a small charge for use of the bus station and coach park. The coach park must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Use the gateway in St Peter's Street. If the main door into the church (on the right at the end of the path) is not open, then use the door into the church hall (the new building at the end of the path). If the door inside the porch is locked, then use the doorbell to the left of the door and wait to be let in. Please do not use the doorbell while the bells are ringing, and do not press it repeatedly.
