Often described as slow and silent, Dom tends to keep to himself. He stays in the gaming club and just plays games a big majority of his time. No one has ever heard this guy talk, and everyone tries to make him speak, but he never gives in. He does communicate with his classmates through hand gestures and such. HE's been bullied in the past for how little he talks, but he's clearly never taken offense to any of it considering he still doesn't speak. Almost like he does it on purpose to get under everyone's skin. Dom has horrible eyesight because of his video game addiction. Jami, his cousin, often makes fun of him because of this, but it's just banter between the two. He's very close to his cousin and their friend, Diego.

Dom was made to appear in Danganronpa: Komalator 2. Dom was made to be a member of the Gaming Club. This is Dom's first appearance anywhere, but he will appear in future mods and such that Komasan Lover will make. Dom was given the role of "the silent guy" long before he was made. Dom is number six of the U10.
