Billy is the oldest of Nessa and Daniel's kids. He is very protective over Pilly and Filly since Nessa entrusted him with the secret of what happened back in her Academy days. He swears to his mother and father that he won't let anything happen to his little sisters, but they aren't usually in need of being protected anyways. Maybe aside from scary spiders and other types of bugs. Billy is the typical 13 year old boy to be quite honest, growing up to be just like his father.
