Cetrine has always loved the simple things in life... trees, flowers, puppies, and driving aimlessly. Cetrine started her business when she had turned 27, so she hasn't been doing her fortune telling's for very long, but she's really excited to be the owner of the newest shop in town! Cetrine's Magical Encounter's was always just a silly little thought in the back of her head until she realized she was gifted. She has the ability to show people their present, past, and future very vividly. She's scared of her gift sometimes, but she's glad she can help people have fun! Cetrine's Magical Encounter's is currently located where the New Future Foundation used to be located, which makes her fearful that guest's would be skeptical if she's connected to the incident. She has received many death threats and hatred due to this, but Cetrine can't give up on her dream of owning this shop.

Cetrine is inspired by several characters who all share 1 thing in common: very big blonde hair. Inspired by MAYU (Vocaloid), Caitlin (Pokémon), and Céline (Fire Emblem). She's the owner of a fortune telling shop, this way we have a way of looking at different outcomes for our survivors of DR:K2.
