Andrew was made to be in Komasan Lover's original “Komalator" mod. Andrew served no purpose in the mod, but he was left in the game due to his unique design. Andrew was very often forgotten about in the mod, but he was remembered when choosing the characters for the killing game, along with his significant other, America. However, America was scrapped, and Andrew was kept. Andrew was chosen fifteenth to participate in the killing game.
