After the game, Jami went into the family business. She had a hard time facing her family after Jami "let Dom die" during the killing game, but she got past this fact since she grew to accept the fact this uncontrollable and out of her control. She hype focused on bettering herself and out showing her longtime boss, Kimberly. Her Aunty Kim was never a nice woman, all she cared about was money, but Jami eventually took her spot as head of the family business, and Jami is actually very generous towards all of her workers. Often giving raises, helping employees out emotionally when in need, and often giving extended work times, Jami has become very well respected.

Jami was planned to be the very first victim in the original plot of DR:K2. Jami was a good candidate for an Antagonist to Autumne, as Dom set up a perfect segue into Jami's antagonistic actions. It was debated for a very long time her fate, but was planned for survival. Jami is 5 of 6 KG survivors.
